One of the aspects of real estate development I love most is I get to nurture my creative AND analytical side. On the creative side, I love finding inspiration from around the world, then working with my trusted architect (and husband) to design a beautiful home with a similar vibe but one that will fit Austin’s landscape, then working with the interior designers to select the most compelling finishes. On the analytical side, I love analyzing the market, comps, and trends, the hunt for the perfect lot in the best neighborhoods, and best lenders with best financing terms (yes, very dorky I know) then crunching the numbers to determine our risks and ensure my client investor’s return requirements can be met!
