As a self-professed military brat – Shailene was raised to be compassionate, as well as a fighter-for herself, for her family, and for her friends. She brings this same compassion and tenacity to her clients. Shailene is grateful for her experience of living throughout the country and meeting people from all walks of life. It’s this experience that’s given her the talent to genuinely connect with a diverse group of clients and enabled her success when she provided leadership to a team comprised of over 150 members.
Shailene began her real estate career as a leasing agent for luxury apartments. It was the many years Shailene spent in the apartment industry where she held roles as a Regional Manager, Vice President, and National Director with various REITs, developers, and private investors that she developed her skills and passion in real estate. Her work has been noted in several national, industry publications and she’s served on speaking panels for industry symposiums. Raised with a pedigree in the industry, her father being a broker and developer himself, it’s only natural that Shailene has only been focused on the real estate industry her entire professional career. Versed with handling real estate transactions valued at over $80M, Shailene’s dynamic background and breadth of experience ensures her clients not only receive a capable real estate professional, but an ally with a consistent track record of delivering results and creative solutions- whether they’re selling or buying their personal home, or commercial properties.
When not involved in real estate dealings, Shailene stays busy with her active, and beloved young family. She enjoys travel, reading, and exercise. Shailene is a champion for and passionate about causes that assist those in poverty, especially children. She is involved with various national and global charitable foundations that are working for the betterment of children in poverty-stricken areas..
