Let the sunshine in ? The best things take time…is partly true in the home building process. There are some things that fall out of your control (like supply chain issues and back ordered materials) that force you to extend your home building timeline. But as a rule of thumb, if you’re working with the right team members: architect, builder, interior designer, and real estate agent- you should have a brand new, beautiful home within 18-24 months. I know because I’ve helped clients through the home building journey in as little as 12-18 months!
