As of today, Travis County (Austin MSA) has 2.4 months of inventory- around 6 months is stable, so we’re returning to a healthier, new normal where Buyers have more options and aren’t so rushed to make a decision. What about high-interest rates? @kupersir‘s preferred lender will discount their 5/5 ARM to 3.875% when you also use a KUPERSIR agent on the purchase! What does this mean for sellers? It means we’re back to the basics, and homes must be priced fair and show well! Are prices going to slide 20% backwards now? I don’t have a crystal ball, but my experience tells me that homes that present well and priced right, will not because desirable homes are still selling quickly right now, without price reductions.
